
A New Phone System to Serve you Better

Responding to the feedback of our patients, we have installed a new phone response system. After being welcomed to the International Health Centre The Hague, you will be prompted to choose your preferred language by pressing 1 for Dutch and 2 for English. From there, follow the series of prompts below to direct you to the right department. If no choice is made, your call will be forwarded automatically to our receptionist for further handling.
1 - for life-threatening emergencies
2 - to make or change an appointment (including appointments to discuss lab results)
3- questions concerning medication, including repeat prescriptions
4 - general or billing questions
Tip: You may push through to your choice without having to wait for the prompt message to finish. For example, if you speak English and need to make an appointment, press 2, then 2 again when the welcome greeting comes on.
If at any time you have trouble getting through, you may always contact us by email and we will call you back as soon as possible.
