Adolescence Psychology Services

Psychologists working with teenagers and adolescents at the International Health Centre offer:

Individual Sessions
Interaction on a one-to-one, therapist-client modality where a client’s strengths and difficulties can be assessed in depth and a treatment plan can be drawn in accordance with the client’s needs.

Group Sessions
Designed to cater for a number of clients who share similar issues and concerns. Through varied techniques clients are able to gain insight and reflect on their individual issues. Group sessions can be recommended in combination with individual sessions.

Family Sessions
Designed to address the family group, as a whole, when dynamics within the family system need to be revised and/or adjusted in order to contribute to the client’s successful treatment outcome.
