Prescription service
You may order medication that you have on a regular basis by filling in our prescription request form. It will be ready for collection 24 hours later.
Only 3 different kind of medication can be ordered on one form. If you need more than 3 items you will have to submit a second form. Please use separate forms for each family member you wish to order medication for.
If you do not want the prescription dispensed in our on-site pharmacy you can indicate so on the request from.
