Pharmacy
Our pharmacy offers a friendly atmosphere with staff from around the world. We are able to provide you medical information in various languages including English, Dutch, German and Arabic. French, Italian and Romanian translation is available upon request.
We are able to help you import medications from any country, and also supply Dutch products. You may order prescriptions and pick them up the next day. For this, we recommend that you order before 14.00 (2:00 PM).
A close working relationship between pharmacists and the doctors working in the IHCH helps provide you efficient and comprehensive healthcare.
Insurance and Billing:
If you have a Dutch health insurance, or Bupa International: we send the bills for the pharmacy products you receive directly to your insurance company.
For all other insurance companies: we ask you to pay the bill directly, and advise you to send the bill to your insurance company for reimbursement.
