Dr. Djien-Gie Que, M.D. (Dutch, English, German)

Djien-Gie Que was born in Amsterdam in 1944. He graduated from the Groningen University Medical School in 1973. After working for a few years as a resident on the department of Surgery in the Dutch Antilles where he had his training for Gynaecology and Obstetrics. After five years of further training in the Groningen University Medical Centre and one year in the Elisabeth Hospital in Curaçao, he became a Gynaecologist. 

From 1982 he worked as a clinical Gynaecologist at the Rijnoord Hospital in Alphen a/d Rijn. After 1994 the Rijnoord Hospital and the Elisabeth Hospital in Leiderdorp were associated to the Rijnland Hospital and during that period of association, Dr Que was president of the medical staff. He worked in the Rijnland Hospital until 2010 and continued to develop the department of infertility IVF. Since September 2011 he has been practicing as a Gynecologist on a part-time basis at the International Health Centre The Hague.
