Appointment and Cancellation Policy
General Practitioners: You will need to be registered if you want to join our family practice, because insurance billing is automatically linked to this registration. You can also see our GPs for a second opinion.
Specialists: You do not need to be registered with one of our General Practitioners in order to make an appointment with one of our specialists. However, if you do not have a family doctor in the Hague area, we recommend that you register with one of our 7 GP's, who work in close cooperation with our specialists, in order to help you meet your individual healthcare needs.

*We follow a 24-hour advance notice policy for cancellation of an appointment. If you do not cancell before 24-hours, you will be billed for the consulation fee.
Please note that your insurance company will proably not reimburse this no-show cost.
