New Patient Registration
Registration is only necessary for our General Practitioners (GP) services. For all other services, you do not need to be officially registered.

Join the IHCH by completing our registration form.
Shortly after submitting your registration online, you will receive a welcome email with further information and if applicable, any necessary forms. While you may be feeling healthy at the time of your registration, we strongly recommend you schedule an intake appointment with a doctor so that we have a complete overview of your (and/or your family's) current condition prior to falling ill. You may request your prior medical records be sent to us directly or bring them with you to your first appointment.
